Supported Accommodation

To be eligible to be considered for supported accommodation you need to:

• be aged between 16 - 24 years

• be homeless or at risk of becoming homeless

• be motivated and ready to engage in making positive changes to your life

This accommodation is commissioned by Supporting People.

If you are 18 years old or over, please click here for a link to the referral form for supported accommodation, however if you are 16 or 17 years old please contact us for assistance in applying as the process is slightly different.
